A specialist school based in Sutton that provides for students who have a statement of special educational needs related to social, emotional and behavioural difficulties (SEBD) are seeking to appoint a Senior SEN teacher to work within the Primary department in the school. This role will be a long term position, starting from September 2012.An increasing number of students have more complex needs, particularly related to behaviour. The overwhelming majority of students are boys, particularly in the younger age groups. The number of admissions into the primary department has increased significantly.
